At Pet Expertise, we want you and your pet to love every piece of our high-fashion collection. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free of pet hair, odors, and signs of wear.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
